Cheese and the History Channel

Want to learn a bit more about cheese? More interesting than you think. Tune in the History Channel on Wednesday, June 27 9:00 p.m. Central (10:00 p.m. Eastern). Folks from Los Angeles flew out here to Madison a few months ago and interviewed a bunch of Wisconsin people, including yours truly.
